Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully prior to using playverotvbox.org or submitting a purchase order for the PlayVero TV Box. By placing an order or using this website, you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms outlined below in connection with merchant distributor Langley Retail.

1. Hardware Nature & Scope of Use

The PlayVero TV Box is a physical streaming media bridge and display adapter designed to connect HDMI-compliant display monitors and television sets with wireless casting signals, portable devices, and multimedia files.

• No Subscription or Piracy Disclaimers: PlayVero does not provide illegal access to subscription channels, pay-per-view broadcasts, or unauthorized media streams. Users remain fully responsible for maintaining legitimate accounts with third-party streaming providers (such as Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, or Disney+) and abiding by respective terms of service.
• Performance Variables: Video rendering quality (up to 4K Ultra HD @ 60fps) is contingent upon local internet bandwidth, router proximity, dual-band Wi-Fi signal clarity, and host display capabilities.

2. Pricing, Promotions, and Order Processing

All listed prices are displayed in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise explicitly specified during checkout routing. Promotional discounts (such as our 50% to 70% package savings) are promotional unit subsidies funded by Langley Retail and are subject to stock availability. Standard carrier shipping and handling fees apply and are calculated transparently during the final order checkout step.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment Timelines

Orders placed on business days are processed and prepared for carrier pickup within 24 to 48 business hours. Deliveries are routed through domestic logistics networks (such as USPS, FedEx, or regional ground carriers). While typical delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on destination geographic zones, unforeseen carrier delays, severe weather disruptions, or customs checks may occasionally extend fulfillment periods.

4. 60-Day Satisfaction Return Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the engineering and performance of the PlayVero TV Box. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware purchase for any reason:

• You may request a return within sixty (60) days from the documented date of carrier delivery.
• Returns are refunded for the full product purchase price, less initial and return shipping and handling expenses.
• To initiate an authorized return, you must contact support@langleyretail.com to receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and designated return depot instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without an RMA code cannot be processed.

5. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All text, diagrams, interface elements, product photography, trademarks, and code featured on playverotvbox.org are the exclusive property of PlayVero, Langley Retail, or their respective copyright holders. Third-party brand names (such as HDMI, Android, Apple AirPlay, or Wi-Fi) are referenced purely for technical compatibility identification and remain the sole property of their respective trademark owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Langley Retail nor its officers, affiliates, or distributors shall be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this hardware device, third-party software updates, or network service interruptions.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation for Langley Retail, without regard to conflict of law principles.
